Fish Pie does not have to be expensive to be comforting and this is the simplest version I know. Ingredients 500g Frozen Fish Fillets Garlic 1 onion sliced 2 Bayleaves Frozen Spinach Frozen Peas Milk Black Pepper 1 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp flour Potatoes, for mash Poach the Fish in the milk with the garlic, onion, spinach and peas for half an hour. Make a roux with the butter and flour before stirring through some of the milk to a smooth sauce. Add the roux back to the pan and stir. Simmer for 5 more
